Loved this game until yesterday. Now when I try to watch an ad to get an extra tube, it says an ad can not be played right now, try again later. I tried force stop, etc. Nothing works. I'm really disappointed. Edit: Even worse... decided to try uninstalling to reinstall. Game didn't save progress so hundreds of levels of progress are gone. What a waste of time.

An enjoyable game, and I do appreciate that the ads are not forced upon the player and are completely optional (you only need to watch them for more undo moves or for extra tubes), however, the very cliche story of the homeless woman freezing with a child seems really unnecessary (would definitely enjoy the game more without it) and after getting to level 350 or so, it started to seem like the levels were repeating, like the game was just cycling through previous levels and lack of challenge.

after many months I'm uninstalling the game. 0 ads and good game! but - you can't shut the sound! I've never seen a game that doesn't have sound controls to shut off! I've tried contacting support, emailing etc, and got an email back that this isn't something they accept inquiries about... Very strange. Thank you for your response about the sound options. it's been 7 weeks now and still no way to silence the game. I still play it but not as much as other games due to the sound bothering me.
