Arrow Jam is a calm arrow puzzle about order. Every arrow on the grid points in a direction. Tap it and it slides away along its own track, but only if nothing stands in the way. Work out which arrows can leave first, and the grid slowly empties.
HOW IT WORKS
• Each tap sends a piece sliding off the grid in the direction it faces
• If another piece blocks it, it cannot leave and you lose one of your three lives
• Arrows come in straight, L, U, Z and C shapes, and the bent shapes turn corners on their own route out
• Get them all out to clear the board and finish the level
EASY TO LEARN, HARD TO PUT DOWN
The opening puzzles are chill and teach the single rule. Then the grids grow from 7x9 to 10x14 and the arrows start to lock each other in. Later on, only a couple of arrows are free to go at a time, so each tap is a real choice of direction and order. There is no timer and no move limit. You can stop, study the grid, think and then act.
