Ratings and reviews

Constantly error messages when logging in, app does not recognize my units. Recurring error message: "something went wrong." It takes minimum two-three attempts before I am logged in. App shuts down for no reason, moving between tabs is slow, app freezes. Automated calendar tracking does not work. Android user. Samsung Galaxy S4.

Frequent crashes and constant unavailable messages on almost all tabs. Support is unresponsive and tardy. Computer version is not mucb better either with the constant password prompts on every second click. Definitely NOT recommending this to anyone in an expatriate status.

App is slow from log in to in-app browsing. Moving from one menu to another takes so long it tests my patience. I don't know why it can't keep me logged in. I probably use it once a year for taxes and dread the experience every year. Better to go on the website
