Takes way too long to set up a membership... that's with the highly knowledgeable cashier doing it. During the setup process, you must enter your password about 6 times to move to the next step, and must enter it twice each time. Then you need to wait a day for the membership to activate. CTBC, a major Taiwan bank, is not accepted though the same card is accepted at the store. Memberships at all other places are very simple to set up; what's wrong with this app? Lack of respect for customers.

While opening the 全支付 icon in the app. It's keep giving me the message it is login to other device. You can either change password. I did what the error message said I change my password. I change password so many times and try to uninstall and install it again. Still giving me the same error. So it suggest to just download the 全支付 app. It is troublesome to use two apps rather than one app. The customer service can even help with the problem.

This app is very difficult to use, as evidenced by the long lines at checkouts: people can't use it. It won't accept the password i chose like five seconds ago and keeps locking me out. Terrible app overall. A gimmick, really.
