This official mobile app connects directly to your Softmantto system, increasing versatility and enhancing the user experience in the field. It was developed from the ground up to offer operators, technicians, and supervisors a connected tool for managing machinery and work orders (WO) in real time.

Our tool is designed to support fleets of vehicles, heavy machinery, industrial plants, and all types of equipment. By simplifying and automating activities, Softmantto reduces unplanned downtime, extends the lifespan of your assets, and improves workplace safety.

Main App Features:

1. Work Order (WO) and Downtime Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of your machines directly from your mobile device.

Stop Machine: Record machine downtimes using a step-by-step form. Includes machine selection, zone, cause, and measurement logs (hour meters, odometers, etc.).

Create Tasks (WO Items): Associate specific tasks with the downtime, detailing affected systems, subsystems, and components.

Multimedia Management: Attach images to WO tasks. You can take photos with your camera or select them from the gallery. Images are automatically processed and optimized.

Release Machine: Facilitate the process of returning a machine to service. Update task statuses, record final measurements, and add closing comments.

Collaboration and Documentation: Add and review comments on each task. View associated documents and images directly from the WO.

2. Data Visualization and Reporting Visualization tools for supervisors and operators to make informed decisions instantly.

Fleet Operational Status: Access a dashboard showing the current status of all machines (operational, stopped, etc.), allowing you to filter by category and zone.

Interactive Timeline: An advanced Gantt chart view that shows the history of machine statuses over a time range. View stops, interventions, and access the associated WO details.

Machines in Workshop: An executive section that displays detailed information about the machines currently in the workshop, grouped by owner and zone.

3. Field-Optimized User Experience (UX): An intuitive interface designed for efficiency and ease of use.

Secure and Multi-Company Authentication: Log in securely. If you have access to multiple companies, a selector allows you to work in the correct context.

Smart Notifications: We use a less intrusive "toast" notification system, along with confirmation dialogs for critical actions (such as stopping or releasing a machine).

Unified Design: Forms, home screens, and reports feature a clear and attractive design, optimized for daily operations.

In short, the Softmantto App is a complete mobile application that covers the key needs of field operations. It streamlines work, improves decision-making with real-time data, and optimizes asset management, all with a robust architecture that supports background synchronization.
