2. SET YOUR GOALS - Enter your daily calorie target and protein goal with macro tracking based on your fitness objective - cutting, bulking, or maintaining.
3. GENERATE - AI builds a complete daily meal plan using only foods from your pantry, hitting your exact calorie goal.

That's it. No searching for recipes with ingredients you don't have. No meal plans requiring a grocery run. Just smart combinations of foods you already eat, optimized for your diet plan.
