Horrible app. 1) App crashes on multiple occasions 2) App has many times lost maps of the flat or the map changed to different shape 3) App few times completely disconnected from accout while loosing all of the user data/maps etc. 4) Language translation are really bad even though often very funny. So hardware of vacuum is pretty good, software horrible.

I did not have the registration problems all the other users had. Buy this vacuum (S5) with confidence that the app works. If you register by phone number make sure your country code is correct. I like the mapping features and that you can specify a specific area on the map you want cleaned. Also I have multiple floors so I save a map for each one, very nice. Negative for 4 star : the permissions are excessive I declined many of them. My vaccum needs to make calls?

The robot cleaner hardware is superb. The app is terrible. Great when it's working, easy to navigate, intuitive. But so many bugs. Will randomly switch off the programmed schedule. Then when you try to get into the schedule, keeps timing out, won't connect. when you can get into the schedule, you need to reconnect to the map. Then takes 20 attempts to save, as it goes back to timing out. Doesn't matter If your on the same network or another one. Then will suddenly work again. Agggghhhhh
