El app ha mejorado, my hard complaint is i can't use my credit card on digital and Qik still can't hire someone que sepa enviarla a Florida.

The banking app with more bugs in the Dominican market, the bank is somewhat good, the services are Qik, fast but the app needs to be improved before launching to the public. Everything else is great.

I paid back my loan 7 months early but have yet to receive mi carta de saldo y llevo más de una semana intentando. Customer service ends the chat mid-way through writing them, this has happened twice now. I wanted to take out another loan thinking it would be hassel free but it's been a headache.
