I have had this scale for almost 2 years . . . love it so much, app worked fine and then suddenly stopped working around Jan 2019 . . . reported it several times and it seems bugs were fixed, but used the app only once since it has been fixed where it actually worked, back to square one . . . still doesn't work, keeps closing immediately with 'stopped working'! Needless to say I am not happy as I now own a very expensive scale which I cannot use for how it is intended, which is what I paid for!!

I orginally connected to this app as I have a bitfit scale. It worked perfectly. Now, I changed my phone from iPhone to Android and I have several problems linking to this app. It says that the password must be from 6-16 characters. I did that many times yet it failed. Then, I tried changing passwords, failed again. I sent several messages to support but that also failed. Please advise URGENTLY

Im not sure why this happened but I lost all my scale stats except 3 , weight, body fat and BMI. I have no idea where the rest of the stats went when i had a long list of stats when you go to Share. I did try to weigh again but still nothing returned?? I really lovved that ir had all these approximate statistic and now they are gone. I did uninstall and reinstalled the app but logged in with my details and still nothing returned. Would love feed back as to how i can restore this.
