After 8 months of trying to register, I was finally able to register. My excitement was short-lived, however, as the app started crashing yesterday, and I can no longer perform any actions. The experience within the app (during the 2 weeks it used to work) was highly inconvenient, with an OTP required for each step during any process. Sadly, while the idea is highly promising, it never got close to its potential, as it is riddled with bugs.

Worst experience.. trying to register.. reached ID verification, and some error came up.. now when logging in.. says Something went wrong.. reinstalled the app, still nothing.. not cant login anymore as it says exceeded attempts. I dont understand why you have to register, especially if you are an existing QNB customer.. such a big bank, and this is the kind of app they release. Will keep using Google Wallet

One of the worst e wallet application I've ever had in my entire life, everyday the same issue and have to call the customer service landline and still none of them solve the issue and tell me what exactly happened, and if it gets solved the next day the same issue happens from the app !!
