QPilot is an intelligent hospital queue management and display system designed specifically for Android TV. It integrates seamlessly with the QPilot Admin Panel to provide real-time queue information, doctor details, and live announcements to improve the patient experience and hospital efficiency.

How It Works
When the app is launched on an Android TV, it displays a unique six-digit code. From the QPilot Admin Panel, hospital staff can enter this code to connect the TV with the hospital’s QPilot system. Once connected, the TV automatically shows live and dynamic information such as:

- Doctor’s photo, name, speciality, education, OPD name, and OPD location
- Real-time token numbers and patient queue status
- Configurable announcements in multiple languages
- Optional tone alerts before each token announcement (15 tone options available)
- Blinking token number during active announcements for better visibility
- Emergency or “Doctor Away” mode, where all patients can be redirected to a counter of choice, as configured in the admin panel
- Split-screen display, where 50% of the screen shows doctor-wise token updates and the other 50% can play a video feed from a URL defined in the admin panel

Privacy and Data Security
The QPilot Android TV app only displays information securely transmitted from the hospital’s QPilot Admin Panel. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive data from the TV device. All data displayed is managed and controlled by the hospital administrator through the QPilot system.
