I like the concept of the app and having one central hub from which to access city services. It would be great if this hub were also a single point of contact for communications with the city, especially now that everyone is working at home due to Covid. When I call Albany Utilities customer service, I leave a message requesting a callback and the return call can take anywhere from 3 hours to two days to receive. I'd like to be able to text or email departments through the app.
