I mainly use this to pay my water bill on the go. Since they updated the payment processor, the process has gotten a bit stupid. It's a utility app; for the vast majority of users, the likelihood of their address changing through their user lifecycle is extremely low. And yet, I have to fill out all my credit card information each time I make a payment. What percentage of Lauderserv app users are based in the United States? 95%? 99%? Either way, probably a majority. Don't make me scroll through 170 other countries just to select what ought to be a default.
Does't work & no help The app doesn't work on Andriod & no way to contact to receive repair support.
Application is useless as it wont send me the verification email to be able to use the app...tried 3 times to resend...never received even in spam folder
