It's the time of the year to get my homeschool supplies from the US. ShippingCart is my run-to courier as I have no problem getting my orders to my door. Everything is well accounted for, the parcel arrives in great condition, the price is fair, and they also reply promptly to concerns. Shipping Cart is reliable. This is the only courier I use year after year to ship our items from abroad.

You need to fix a "TON" of issues from your app ASAP. It makes all your ads look fake. Could be the case... With issues like simply creating an account becomes too annoying.. I just had to stop with this and never go back. If your current developers can't do simple things, you may need to make some changes.. Drastic ones...

Although my previous shipment arrived safe and sound, I will be rating their service two stars overall: I do not recommend using ShippingCart if you're ordering from abroad and you urgently need the item. Their delivery time is abysmally slow and it really grinds my gears. Once I receive the other item I ordered, I will be uninstalling. Very disappointing.
