Downloaded the app for the "buy for me" function. It's not in the app When you check your cart or shipment status It gives you white screen.

Hi, John. The Buy-For-Me option can be found on the Home screen of our SC mobile app, scroll down and you'll see the "Services" section. Under Services, you should see the 'Buy-For-Me' feature. If you still need help, please send us an email at customercare@shippingcart.com so we can assist you.

This app is a total waste, you cannot view anything to buy. It is not user friendly, i wasted 10mins navigating and found nothing. I dont know how they designed this shopping app to be too difficult to use and shop for an item.

Hi Mr. Kalikutista - Our app is not a shopping platform but we do offer Buy-For-Me service if in case you need help in purchasing items from the US, UK, AU, Japan and Korea.

Since Shippingcart moved to Oregon I can no longer use their service. First Walmart store employees woukd not deliver to Shippingcart's Oregon address. Now the U.S. post office will not deliver. I have contacted Shippingcart. They take no responsibility and aren't interested in solving the problem they created. Their "advisory" doesn't resolve the otoboem. I have used competitor services without any issues so that will be tye best option.
