Excellent customer service. I had an issue where I couldn't get past the sign-in loading bar*, and in my quest to fix the problem ASAP I accidentally wiped my save data. I reached out to see if my purchases could be restored, and though the cloud data was unretrievable, everything else was restored. From start to finish, it took <2 days. *The fix is having Google Play Games ACTUALLY installed on your device. It's a separate app, not the Play Store (you can download it in the Play Store though).

I just wish the game would even start. On a Nokia X100, Android version 11. Once I get past the logo splash screens, the loading bar goes to 100%, but won't progress past "data loading". It's not frozen or locked up, because the screen is still animated, it just won't get past the loading even if left alone for a whole hour. I've tried restarting the phone, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling; I've even tried uninstalling, restarting the phone, and reinstalling. No dice.

I'm not a fan of management games, but this one is actually somewhat fun. The auctions can be a bit annoying when you're just trying to win an item for a mission but the AI keeps cranking up the price on an item that's absolute garbage, but other than that it's pretty good so far. The battles can feel inconsistent, as one fight I win with little issue, but in another fight against similar enemies, my defensive unit gets absolutely destroyed. Regardless, I've enjoyed what I've played.
