The CBT is based on the “Cognitive Model” - the event itself does not affect how we feel, we are affected by what we think about this event, i.e. way of thinking. Accordingly, the task of psychotherapy is to change this way of thinking, to make it more rational and ultimately effective. This application aims to help you understand your thoughts, identify negative and distorting reality thoughts.

This application is primarily designed to work in tandem with your psychologist, but nothing prevents you from using it yourself. All you need is a deeper level of introspection.

By making a record, you will feel better. After analyzing the situation, you are likely to see everything from a different angle, in a different color. Do not be disappointed if your level of anxiety does not fall. It will take time to master the necessary skills.
