3) CYCLED/PULSE PATTERNS: Let youthful, natural wave patterns guide you through the night. This module is unique to our app!
4) MID-NIGHT WAKE: Often times this is at 3 AM. Did you wake up and can't go back to sleep. This module is just for you.
Next up are the 'BEST WAKE-UP TIMES'. Plan your bed time around one of the calculated wake-up times. These times are meant to coordinate with the completion of a natural sleep cycle and it's stages.
Do you use a WEARABLE? If so, you can keep track of your sleep scores and times in each sleep stage. Very useful for evaluating our various modules to determine what works best for you.
