About this app

Quantor Labs is a personal budgeting and financial education app.

Use it to manually record your income and expenses, organise transactions by category, set monthly spending limits, and keep track of balances across cash, savings, and bank accounts.

Quantor Labs does not connect to your bank and does not move or manage real money. You enter and maintain your financial records yourself.

PERSONAL BUDGET TRACKER

• Record income and expenses
• Add an amount, merchant, category, date, and optional notes

MONTHLY BUDGETS

• Set a monthly spending limit for individual categories
• Compare each budget with transactions recorded during the current month
• View overall budget progress and category-level progress
• Identify categories approaching their monthly limits

ACCOUNT BALANCE TRACKING

• Create records for cash, savings, and bank accounts
• Enter and update account balances manually
• View your combined manually entered balance
• Display amounts in USD, EUR, GBP, or JPY

OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANT

The optional AI assistant can answer questions based on budgeting information recorded in the app.

When AI data sharing is enabled, relevant information such as account balances, budgets, transaction amounts, categories, merchant names, dates, and notes may be sent over the internet to a third-party AI provider to generate a response.

You can disable AI data sharing in Settings. When it is disabled, your budgeting data is not sent to the AI assistant, and the assistant can answer general questions only.

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general informational purposes and are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

CRYPTOCURRENCY MARKET INFORMATION

• View informational cryptocurrency prices supplied by a third-party market data provider
• View the last successfully cached prices when no new price is available
• Use market information for general reference only

Prices may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Quantor Labs does not provide trading services and does not allow users to buy, sell, deposit, withdraw, or exchange cryptocurrency.

Explore simplified swap and staking concepts using fictional practice balances.

• No real money or cryptocurrency is used
• No wallet, exchange, or blockchain account is connected
• No real swap, staking, or blockchain transaction takes place
• Rates, rewards, and APY values are illustrative and do not represent actual or guaranteed returns

LOCAL BUDGETING DATA

Your budgeting records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to use the optional AI assistant with data sharing enabled.

• No Quantor Labs account or registration is required
• No bank connection is required
• Budgeting records can be deleted from the app through Settings

Data sent to the optional AI provider is processed according to the Quantor Labs Privacy Policy and the applicable provider terms.

IMPORTANT

Quantor Labs is a budgeting and educational application. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, wallet, payment service, investment adviser, or other financial institution.

The app does not hold, transfer, invest, exchange, or stake real funds or assets. All financial records and account balances are entered and maintained by the user.
