QUANTOR-TMC. Control of technological parameters during overhaul of wells, underground well repair and development of oil-producing wells.
Pumping units are equipped with a set of recording equipment. The mobile app allows real-time monitoring of the technological discipline of well processing procedures:
• pressure at the outlet of the unit
• pressure in the annular space of the well
• instant consumption
• volume
• density
• temperature
• liquid level in the reservoir
• pump unit condition (lubricant pressure and temperature)
If the controlled parameters exceed the allowable limits, an alarm message is generated.
Display modes:
• data of the unit and the last performed operation
• archive of operations
• real-time telemetry
• vehicle tracks
• maintenance reports and statistics
