Ratings and reviews

The reward system is bugged... it didn't give me my 1200 qubits for reaching 150 mining streak. It said error, then I went and checked my balance, and it was the same, and it already says claimed, so I can't try to push it again to get the tokens... great.... I thought this bug was fixed or it said so on the notifications.. It clearly isn't, so I get no reward for mining every day for 150 days......well done team QuBit......

The app doesn't open at all. It started from 29.08.2025. Also I see the site is blocked (error 403 forbidden). I had streaks for 107 days.Please do something!!! Quickly... The app had a problem with the internet from WiFi. Now the app is working fine. The streak is continuing....

I've been losing my streaks, which I never miss at all. The app keeps stopping making me to lose my streaks and mining. I've not be able to open the app for the past 3 days, keeps saying "something went wrong". Please work on it, no new update. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still same issue. I've reduced my rating, once it's solved, I'll rate higher again
