this bank is the worst bank with most stupid customers cares I have ever seen ..imagine buying airtime for some days now I didn't receive the airtime or the refund. buh they debit me successfully I chart them on Whatsapp they didn't reply I called them they didn't pick ..I chart them through there app no reply they are talking nonsense

I was using rubies before, I uninstalled the App and after a few years, I'm trying to open the app after installing it. it isn't opening. I have money in the app before I uninstalled and money was sent to it again by mistake
