So after reading all the wonderful reviews i decided to give rubies a go. And I was dissapointed. They wont tell you upfront you need to upgrade your account to be able to perform a task as simple as making a transfer of your own funds. Ok, after i provided all the documents requested for the upgrade. 3 days later still nothing. I have lost income because of this. Edit: Rubies customer service is top class. They reached out and apologised immediately and the issue was resolved in minutes.

Very reliable and intuitive app. I use it every other day and I'll highly rate it for convenience and ease of use. While the user interface can improve over time, I find it easy to navigate and having a feature where the beneficiaries are suggested and readily available helps with swiftness as far as carrying out transactions. Having a physical debit card sent to you is a nice touch as well. It definitely comes in handy in a lot of situations and is also a good option to have.

Fantastic app. Banking transaction stress taken off me. Customer service is extremely poor though 😏. Send them a message and their either never reply, or do so with a vague, "solutionless" response --- my personal experience with them. Applied for card for over 3 weeks and they kept mute on it, when they actually promised it won't take more than 10 days. Shame!
