Rubies una weldone ooo, I raise Nyash for una. I opened and and verified it to tier 3 first before i decided to test run the app with N100 deposit which was credited swiftly the i tried sending out the N100 again and it was swift, after doing this i decided to receive a large sum of money into my rubies account and the funds were credited with no hassle afterwards i tried to send out some funds to make payment for items i purchased behold the app no display other bank list oo money hang there.

What kind of app is this? I put some money there only to find out you can't make transfers without upgrading, and even after doing that, you face another problem. I've been trying to log in to the app for the past couple of days, but it's not opening. Please fix it, it's not funny.

So after reading all the wonderful reviews i decided to give rubies a go. And I was dissapointed. They wont tell you upfront you need to upgrade your account to be able to perform a task as simple as making a transfer of your own funds. Ok, after i provided all the documents requested for the upgrade. 3 days later still nothing. I have lost income because of this. Edit: Rubies customer service is top class. They reached out and apologised immediately and the issue was resolved in minutes.
