Control your Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S via app, for example when no controller is at hand. Ideal for watching TV or multimedia content.

The remote control behaves just like any hardware media remote control for the Xbox.
But here control takes place via the local home network, without any detour via the cloud and without annoying latency.

In combination with an Xbox Live account, you can even pin your favorite Xbox apps for quick launch. From now on, a click on the remote control is enough to launch the desired application directly on the console.

No advertising and no hidden additional costs!

However, it should be noted that the remote is not a full-fledged replacement for any controller and cannot be used to control games.

So far, this app is absolutely awesome. Worth the .99 for sure. I wish I had known about it when it was first released. If you use a browser or watch YouTube, Hulu or any other streaming service or run apps on your XBOX, you should have this app! Controllers turn themselves off and the batteries still run down way too fast. This not only solves that but, once you get familiar with it, its much more user friendly and convenient. Get it!

I only wanted an app like this because the controller batteries die so fast that when I'm watching hulu or something I don't wanna have to keep turning it on and off. I wasn't really expecting this one to work since other apps have either not connected at all or say "Cannot use app while streaming" which to me defeats the purpose. Even the actual Xbox app is busted and doesn't work for me. This app worked perfectly. It connected automatically, and started working immediately. 100% reccommend!

Good app wish it wouldn't disconnect when phone goes to lock screen. Then you have to go in and forget your Xbox in order to refind it again. Also if only one Xbox within it's reach you can't just reconnect it. Would be cool if it would refind it as soon as you go back to the app. Otherwise a great app. Thanks to everyone that put time and effort into developing it
