The secure login screens give no option for "reset" or hints about what the code requirements are...the site address for "find your activation code" does not work. to get a password reset you have to be IN the email that you cant access. it's a ridiculous system and seems to have a lot of bugs, making it a huge waste of work time.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE APP. ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS APP!! IF you don't use it regularly, you have to shut it down, Uninstall and reinstall it before it'll work properly!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

App is garbage..like so many others it says to make a 6 digit pin but it then asks for the pin you created which wont work, clicking Retry does nothing...I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times trying to get this app to work that its ridiculous! Why would they release this wortless app????
