I've had a very frustrating experience with this app. I've been a consistent user and followed all the guidelines, but out of nowhere, my account was restricted and access to my earnings was blocked. Even if they plan to close an account, users should at least be given the opportunity to withdraw their hard-earned money. Very disappointed, wit bad customer support, and dont care aboutvusers

Very, very slow. The old app was much better. Both in terms of loading speed and aesthetics. Though the new site is just as slow. Takes a good thirty seconds to a minute to load the next question after you hit next. Given there are about twenty new profile surveys, with maybe twenty questions each... I'm going to be here for days. I've had payouts from the old site, and the new lower threshold is much appreciated. That's the only improvement I see so far.

Extremely disappointed with OnePoll. My account was terminated after I completed the verification process. I spent time completing surveys and earning rewards, only to lose access without transparency or fair treatment. Very disappointed with OnePoll. I would not recommend it.
