Ad fixes and polish:

• Ads now load reliably. Previously a banner could stay blank for the whole session if the connection was slow when the app started — it now retries on its own and appears as soon as you are back online.
• Banners resize correctly when you rotate your phone.
• Lower memory use and no background activity from ads while the app is closed, so long play sessions stay smooth.
