I paid ₹1,000 as a refundable service assurance deposit after downloading this app. I was expecting service bookings/work, but I did not receive any work. I requested my refundable deposit back, but even after more than a week, I have not received my refund. Support keeps saying that the manager will contact me, but the issue is still unresolved. Please refund my ₹1,000 and resolve this issue.

🚨 ALERT TO ALL PARTNERS: BE CAREFUL BEFORE RECHARGING! 🚨 I want to share my terrible experience with this app so that no one else loses their hard-earned money. Initially, I recharged my wallet with ₹1000. Surprisingly, just two days later, they suspended my ID without any valid reason. When I contacted them, they falsely promised to refund my money. It has been over a month now, and I haven't received a single rupee. To make things worse, they have stopped answering my calls completely.

I have been publishing offers of my laundry services on slash, I am satisfied with the conversions that are happening with their marketing efforts and wish to see more from them. This app is very useful for small business owners like me.
