About this app
Manifold is the driver app for the Manifold dispatch platform. It is used by professional delivery drivers and is not intended for the general public- you need a delivery code from your dispatch team to sign in.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Claim your trip by scanning the QR code on your dispatch sheet, or by typing the delivery code.
- See every stop for the day with addresses, delivery windows, and what is on board, plus the totals for your whole run.
- Navigate to each stop with one tap.
- Record proof of delivery: crate and packet counts, a photo, and the recipient's signature.
- Record what the receiver actually took. Short or rejected quantities, and any crates you bring back, are captured against the right order.
- Record reefer temperatures on cold-chain loads before you unload.
- Report a delay, a blocked road, a vehicle breakdown, or a delivery you could not complete; dispatch is notified with the reason.
- Skip a stop and come back to it later in the day without losing your place in the route.
- Look up any delivery from the past week, with what was signed for and when.
BUILT FOR REAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Works without signal. Deliveries, photos, and signatures are saved on your phone and upload by themselves when you are back in coverage. Nothing is lost in a dead zone.
- Available in English and Malay.
YOUR LOCATION
While a trip is running, the app shares your location with your dispatch team so they can follow progress and give customers accurate arrival times. A notification stays on your phone the whole time it is on, and it stops when you finish the trip. You can decline and still complete every delivery.
Your location is never used for advertising and never sold.
