As others have noted, email verification code kicks you out of the app requiring you to own a 2nd device and be next to it at all times that you want to use app. Other times you can sense the developer didn't think things through very well either but that's the glaring example. I decided to uninstall this app today and use their mobile version or the web version instead, because this wouldn't let me close any of my positions that I was in, it said that I we'd be entering a margin call (untrue).

i can't access my account after i changed my phone. it ask ib key. but i don't have my app on my new phone. i tried to call but no answer for long time wait to Usa canada and hongkong. when i try to migrate it didn't send my code via sms. not error changed, it say you have old version of app. but have to latest one from Google Play store.

You cant deposit found, because it sends verification email, and once you left the app it aborts the flow. As a result, you have to restart. Endless loop.
