I like the app, especially someone who has long enjoyed audios. having an app that brings all of this together is something that I'm very interested in. but the biggest problem for me is that the app crashes every 30 seconds. In browser, it'll play for several minutes before crashing there. The browser version is more robust for search as well. I'm a librarian so I appreciate filters and delimitators. The app should be better than the browser, not worse. pls fix .

Had a login issue where I lost access to my account, I reset a pw mistakenly instead of logging in via google (which the quinn login allowed). I explained the situation to customer support, provided screenshots and receipts over several days of emailing back and forth, only for them to essentially say not their problem. I had just purchased a one year subscription about 2 weeks ago and no longer have access to it, they offered no support on how to regain access to my account.

The app's description says "Pay for Unlimited audios" and "In-app purchases" when it should just say Pay to use the app. There's quite literally nothing up here for free, not a trial audio or anything. The only thing you can do for free is download the app but besides that, you can't do anything else. With the way it was described and advertised, I assumed you could listen to some things for free and better things for money, but you actually can't listen to anything without paying.
