I have no problem using the app. Only complain is that before clicking on Pre Order Taxi, we should be able to see the estimated cost of the ride first. This way we avoid accidentally pre-booking taxi when we may or may not have enough money. Either way, I love it, and I enjoy booking a taxi all to myself.

Based on 2 experiences., The drivers were on time and pleasant. We were able to reach our destination safely and without accident.

Excellent service from every driver I have ever used. I have been using this service since 2018. However, lately it has been taking over 10 minutes to find a driver.
