I've been using this app for a while now even up to at least 2 weeks ago and suddenly I can no longer order food due to my location? No message was sent stating why or anything of that nature. I've spent a lot on this app and frequently as well just to feel cast aside without even a simple explanation. I've even opened a support ticket to ask why and no response. If this how regular customers are treated, I no longer need this app.
Hi, if you are getting a location error on the app - you may simply need to close and reopen the app to refresh your active location. We continue to serve all areas! Hope this helps

Can't even log in lol. Wouldn't send the code when I tried to sign up, and eventually just told me my account was locked and to "contact my admin". Tried contacting them on Messenger, and got told I had to use the chat feature in the app, but of course, because I can't log in in the first place, all the options were grayed out so I couldn't access the chat. Conveyed this to the person on Messenger, and they just left me on read, so I guess the customer service is about as janky as the app smh.

I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra and currently cannot use the app because it keeps insisting I need to give it location permission, despite the fat that that's the only permission I've granted the app. I have had to uninstall it twice to rectify the issue and it keeps randomly starting back. I'm accustomed to having to deal with irritating glitches that make the UX less than ideal, but now this glitch is affecting my ability to even access the service.
