App searching requests give error "unable to process request, try again later" 2 years later, the app still has the same problem of not being able to populate results on mobile. Their solution is to go to their website... I wouldn't be on the app if i wanted to use a website..

Experienced a lack of communication from the Food Drop agents. Placed my order and paid, then was left to wonder what was going on for an entire hour. Some people experienced the same issue while others got their food in a timely manner. Very inconsistent service!

I was planning to use it but seeing that cash or debit isn't even a payment option makes it impossible. I hope that they realise that not everyone uses credit cards and eventually expand their payment options. I understand that it might be risky since they don't want to get stuck with unwanted food but there are risks in all ventures.
