About this app

QuranPath is a calm Quran reader and prayer companion. All 114 surahs, Arabic text, Saheeh International and Yusuf Ali English translations, and transliteration are bundled in the app. Read, search and bookmark without an internet connection.

A quiet place to read
- No ads, accounts or subscription
- Continue where you paused and keep your bookmarks on your device
- Choose your text size and Fajr, Day, Maghrib or Night theme
- Search bundled Arabic, English, transliteration and surah names
- Share a verse card or text with a link to that exact ayah

Your reading, in a file you control
- Export bookmarks, reading position and reading preferences without an account
- Preview an import, merge bookmarks, and choose whether to restore position or preferences
- Backups contain verse references, not Quran text. Online-source bookmarks restore with bundled text; online translation selections are not included

Prayer times and widgets
- Prayer times are calculated on your device after you set up location
- See Qibla direction and today's Hijri date beside the prayer schedule
- Choose optional prayer notifications, adhan sound and pre-prayer reminders
- Add prayer-time or verse widgets to your home screen; sizes vary by device

Listen and study online
- Stream verse-by-verse recitation and follow the words on screen
- Explore tafsir and additional translations when you have a connection
- Content is fetched when requested and may be cached after viewing
- Audio streams online. Additional translations and tafsir are not guaranteed offline

Privacy
No analytics, advertising IDs or tracking. No sign-up or email is required. Prayer-time location is used on your device. Reading preferences, bookmarks and last-read position are stored locally. You choose whether to share an unencrypted backup file.

Every feature is available without payment. Optional one-time support purchases help keep QuranPath going. They are not a subscription and do not unlock reading features.
