Speaking from the monitored: this thing just puts my phone on an infinite cycle of trying to allow permissions after every time i take it out of super battery saver mode, when it updates, or when i accidentally touch the accessibility button at the lower right corner of my screen… and stops me from using some tab-out features on my phone. No clue why, and its annoying. This is on minimal restrictions btw

Very disappointed and certainly not the 'plug and play' solution it claims to be. You can't combine total screen time limits with access times across different devices, and it seems to control what you do set in a somewhat random way. Not always locking the device. Sometimes locking one device and not others. It also seems to block websites without due cause, and will email you whether it's done this due to the time limit being exceeded or because of the content filter. When installing on Android you have to change a whole load of other settings, which then screw up other aspects of the device, and the instructions on how to change or re-set them if you remove or uninstall it, are non-existent on the website. Will keep using it as they already have my £35 quid, but not happy with it.

Been using the app for over a year now with two computers and a Samsung phone. The app works great on the pc and locks out, but is almost pointless on the phone. The app fails to record time used for days a time, only logs partial usage when working at best. Once this year is up I will be looking for alternative solutions. Email support is spotty at best and new "features" touted by the company are pointless if the basic functionality is non existent. To much micromanagement is required
