About this game
Two boards. Two health bars. No turns.
NexRival is a real-time 3-player matchmaking arena. You and your opponent play simultaneously on separate 7x7 boards — no turns, no move counters. Every match you blast deals damage to your opponent. The first one to run out of health loses.
REAL-TIME, NOT TURN-BASED
Your board never locks. You keep sliding as chains and refills flow; your opponent does the same. Hesitation costs health.
POWER STONES AND COMBOS
Blast four, five, or L/T, creating a power stone — a line, color, or area. Connecting them increases the damage. Knowing which power to build and when to fire is the key to mastering it.
RivalAI VS.
Your opponent is RivalAI, matched to your score range. It doesn't see your board, it doesn't get free moves. No pauses or rewinds — leaving the match counts as a loss.
RISE UP THE LEAGUE
Earn RP as you win, climb up the leagues and divisions. Seasons reset the race. Your rank, stats, and match history are what you need to defend.
SHORT MATCHES
Matches are short — averaging under two minutes. Play one during a break, or ten in a row.
