exercises. The job of this app is to keep time honestly and stay out
of your way — not to teach you the workout.
Bundled routines:
• Scientific 7-Minute Workout (12 exercises × 30s work / 10s rest)
• Tabata 4-Minute (8 rounds × 20s / 10s)
• RCAF 5BX (Royal Canadian Air Force, 11 minutes)
• Burpee Ladder (1 → 10)
Customize anything:
• Edit each stage's duration, name, and pictogram
• Or apply one duration to every work or rest stage at once with a slider
• Add or remove stages, reorder them
• Save your own named workouts alongside the built-in ones

• Spoken cues — warmup countdown and stage names. Mute if you'd rather just watch.
• Keeps running with the screen off — notification shows the current
stage and time, with Pause / Skip / Stop usable from the lock screen.
• Tablet layout splits saved workouts on the left, the selected workout
on the right.
