TrackMedi is a medicine reminder and medication tracker for daily, weekly, and as-needed routines. Manage pill reminders, dose history, vitals, and doctor appointments in one app. Track medications and doses offline, with no TrackMedi account required.

💊 DAILY & WEEKLY MEDICATION REMINDERS

Add each medication's dosage, form, color, and schedule. Manage tablets, capsules, liquids, injections, inhalers, and more.

• Daily: choose one or more dose times
• Weekly: select the days you need, with the same dose times on each selected day
• As Needed: record doses without a fixed schedule
• Optional duration: choose 1-180 days for Daily or 1-25 weeks for Weekly, or leave your medication ongoing
• See the course end date and remaining days when reviewing an existing course

For scheduled doses, receive a reminder at the dose time, with follow-ups 30 and 60 minutes later. Mark the dose Taken or Skipped to cancel its remaining reminders.

Caregivers can manage separate medication routines, vitals, appointments, and histories for elderly parents, a partner, a child, or a pet, alongside their own records. Switch profiles to see the right person's information. Archive a profile to stop future reminders while keeping its history safe.

🔒 OFFLINE TRACKING & ENCRYPTED STORAGE

Medication tracking and local reminders work without an internet connection. Your health records are stored on your phone in a database protected with AES-256 encryption. Its key stays in secure device storage.

There is no TrackMedi account, health data server, or automatic cloud sync.

Choose where to keep an encrypted copy of your health records.
