Edit - My Race service is great but like many others, the app will no longer connect to the router. Tried clearing data and starting fresh. Uninstalled and reinstalled, logged into my account. That actually did the trick. Ok after waking up the phone when it went to sleep the app doesn't connect again. Basically, the app is a POS.

The app was working fine until recently. Now it asks me to setup my router, which has been setup already, and go through the onboard process. It says this while it shows my login behind the message box, so I am already logged in to my system. Please revert or update and fix this app. it will not let me do what I used to do and acts as if my router has never been properly setup. I am coming here disgruntled because it does not work anymore when it worked fine.

the app does not load devices connected accurately at all. it can't even properly split a broadband and assign devices through app. it doesn't even track or block sites properly either. dont even bother with customer support, they'll say its your manufacturer's fault. built a 2025 4k high spec PC and that doesn't work? bad app, bad ISP.
