I need support to resolve the issues. I have purchased the Pro upgrade, but its not working properly. the track data is showing as stored, but laps are showing as zero. I can't see my lap times, this was previously working when it was trial app but the moment i have purchased it, complely stopped working.

Edited March 2026. I bought a later model BL-818GT and the app works perfectly with this. I'll get the full subscription now, thanks heaps for your support. Don't know what happened but no longer works correctly on Samsung S10+. Using external Qstarz GPS, most times will not find start/finish line so complete session is all of 7 laps measured till manually stopped. Same on Samsung Note 5. Last 3 races did not start at all. Edit: Thanks for the reply. I'll get another external GPS to test.

Installed app, crashes instantly won't open. Very disappointed based on the good reviews from around the internet
