Rackd is a strength training tracker for lifters who follow real programs. Not a generic gym log, not a social fitness app. It knows what 5/3/1 is, understands wave loading and double progression, calculates your training max, and handles the progressive overload math automatically. PROGRESSION

11 systems: Linear, Wave (the method behind 5/3/1), Double Progression, Undulating, Step, Top Backoff, AMRAP, RPE-based, Absolute Increment, 1RM Ladder, and Deload. Your weights are calculated before you walk in. Set your training max once and the app runs the progressive overload math every session.
