Mostly easy to use app, just missing some features. Can't transfer to an account you're not linked to, with no way to link a new account. Mobile check deposit is easy. Easy to check your balance. Simple and clean layout. Always down when I check it in the middle of the night (overnights) so I end up calling the automated voice system to see what's in my account.

my experience has been very good. Heather helped me with my refinance. low interest and low payment! Payments are very easy, I can go to branch and payment is applied automatically or I can make an internal transfer on the app and get my loan paid. this alone has allowed me to pay ahead of time and also pay extra. my loan before this was a 9.75 thanks to a shady dealership I was able to refinance the next month with Radius cut my % in half and reduce payment. I had credit over 721 dealer fkd me.
