Totally useless. I tried so many times to pay the ticket that I booked, but it always shows error. The payment method also bad. Can't pay even use the payment code for the available payment methods. One more, 10 minutes is a short time for paying the booked ticket.

So far I have no issue using this app since June 2018. Yesterday I made transaction and success. Has been paid as well. But just right now when I open the app to see the my booking, the app said Exeption Value failed of type java etc. Please fix asap, actually this app really helpful if the error doesn't appeared.

The system is tottally stupid. Do not provide pay cash at the counter. Must use credit card or local bank card to buy the ticket. The apps also totally not user friendly. No helping/Customer service number to get help. Once you booked, u cant find where to cancel it eventhough you havent pay it. Yet also you have to pay via credit card or local bank...and not all local bank they accept it. To me its a really...really..really stupid system. Totally not a user and tourist friendly system.
