Ratings and reviews

You messed up! "Cancel Ticket" option is not working. Everytime there is pop-up "Cannot perform this action". Also everytime I am trying to open "My Bookings", it's saying "Oops, something went wrong". Do you know what went wrong? Booking tickets from your app, paying additional fees and getting charged for cancelling the ticket because your app is not functioning properly. Who is going to bear the loss? You won't, will you?

Tried almost 100 times to cancel the booked waitlisted ticket but couldn't cancel ultimately it got confirmed and my money is lost. It is very Irresponsible of the app. Please let me know how to get my money back. I took some screenshots of the attempts I made to cancel the wait list ticket. Worst app, fraud app, extremely irresponsible app. I were reading other people's reviews about the app and many had the same experience. I think they are doing similar types of cheating with others also.

Fake app, close to scam. Once you add your details, you cannot change or delete it, only option is to add more details. Seems like this app is stealing our confidential details, for example, IRTCT Username, password, passenger details. Once you add these, you cannot remove it. Also, you cannot remove or close your account from this app. Total trap. So be very careful.
