They did not pick me at the boarding point. I checked the location and called the intrcity number but was not able to connect to the driver. I tried 3 more times, but no use. I was supposed to board at 9 PM but they were late by around 1/2 hours. Moreover, they did not pick me up at my boarding point. I was waiting for my bus at a place 3 km from the town and missing my bus left me stranded at midnight. FYI, this is my first time booking in IntrCity and what a pleasant experience i have had

Worst service. Better to avoid this Intercity bus travel. They are always late for pickup but still keep sending notifications saying they can’t wait more than 5 minutes and about their “no-show” rules. I reached the boarding point on time, yet the bus was delayed by 1.5 hours extremely frustrating. There’s no proper tracking option, and even with the app, the tracking is inaccurate.No driver contact number is provided; only their customer service, which is completely useless

Worst experience with Intercity. I booked a bus from Tindivanam to Bangalore at 10:30 PM, but it was automatically changed to 11:10 PM. Even then, the bus did not arrive at the boarding point. They asked passengers to reach 15 minutes early, with no proper response, no driver update, and wrong live tracking in the app. I had to wait late at night with mosquitoes, which was very uncomfortable and unsafe. This was my first time using Intercity and it will be the last
