Very frustrating issues adding gift cards that you purchased outside GCX. When you try to add certain gift cards (e.g. Subway or Starbucks), it has some sort of 'logic check' - like the number of characters in the gift card. If it doesn't match what GCX thinks that it should be, it wont allow you to save it. Problem is that retailers are constantly expanding the number of characters in their GCs for security and such, but the app doesn't scale. FIX THIS! I should be able to override & save.

I've been using this app for years, and it's been glitchy lately so I wanted to provide a workaround: if purchased gift cards aren't showing up in the "My Cards" tab, go to your profile > My Orders and then click the part that says "Reveal Card Details"- the cashier would have to enter it manually but at least it exists. I've only ever had 1 card not have the balance it was supposed to, and that was years ago and customer service was great. This app isn't a scam.

I have used this for years with no problems. I bought a digital gift card last week, my card was charged, yet I never received it. I was able to find it by digging through the app (not in my card folder). I figured maybe it was a glitch, so bought again today. Same thing happened. I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems many people are having issues now with cards not being received. I'm very disappointed.
