This app was great when it was Raise. I only had zero balance cards a couple times in roughly 5 years and I bought them constantly to save money. I was refunded quickly for those. Once it changed to GCX, it went downhill. The discounts became significantly lower, they stopped having certain stores listed and the 'customer service' is not a thing. I had 2 zero balances and submitted claims multiple times. I never heard back. I also had transactions cancelled when trying to buy. I stopped using it

Fire the Android app lead and revert the code to when it worked. I have been a long time user and things were fine then they did an "upgrade" which has broken most everything. I have sent in feedback several times over several months that purchased cards are not showing on the "My Cards" tab and nothing gets resolved. Yes, I am on the latest version. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and now I get a login error so I can't even get in at all now.

id give it a 0 if I could. platform free, they removed the discount codes, they didn't give me credit in the past and there's no notifications to be had if something you want is selling. but they want your money, absolute bin. and that's not including the login issues where it tells you to relog 20 times in a row and you get exhausted and just lose out on sales.
