At the moment, this app is getting a 1 star from me. I purchased an Ebay gift card and its showing a zero balance on it. This is the first time it has happened to me and I've been using this app since 2017. AI chatbot is useless. Chatbot asked to attach a screenshot of the issue. I can't because the attachment link doesn't work properly on the app. I emailed support and got a message back in 48 hrs and they can't complete my request for a refund or replacement because its outside their SLA.

Ripped off. Tried to buy an amazon giftcard and the app said there was a problem with the server. Tried again and same thing. Didnt say purchase went through. A few days later checked my bank account and i have 2 charges even though their server had a problem and was never told it went through. Now they wont even refund me because of their system error. Kind of frustrating

Edit #2 9/9/24: The fix the devs deployed worked and I was able to buy a gift card after logging out and back in! Now I'm back to being able to save money on gift cards. Thanks! 🤩 (BTW, I've saved over $500 on this app since 2017! 💰) Edit #1 9/9/24: The devs promptly replied and are working on a fix. Will update again if fixed. Original: App randomly stopped accepting my fingerprint/ PIN so it's impossible to buy any more gift cards.
