It was a good app. But, a few days ago, it showed a session expire error and told me to log out and log in again. After logging out, app keeps stopping and crashing without allowing me to log in again. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it several times, but the same crashes every time, showing an error that "Raise keeps stopping. Close app". Update: as of Feb 28, the app crash issues were fixed. Now it's working good.

It doesn't always allow a purchase to go through. When I started using this app, I never had any issues. Now I never know what's going to happen. I had 1 Amazon card & 5 Target cards, but for some reason only the Amazon card was purchased & when I try the Target cards I get "Please check your account to see if your order went through before trying again." The AI was no help. So I have to wait 48 hours for a team member. It's strange that it picked apart my order to only allow Amazon to process.
