terrible app, terrible company. if you sign up and don't use the service, they will charge you a dormancy fee - yes that's right, a fee for NOT USING THE APP. don't do it! Edit response: I was forced to install this app in order to delete my Raise account, after I got an email saying I'd be charged for not using it. But you cannot directly manage your account on a browser, you MUST install an app. great job forcing me to write this terrible review!

Overall this is a good cashback app. 4% is tough to beat. Sometimes it can be a little cumbersome to use, but that's typically due to how the store you shop at processes digital gift cards and/or the the cashier not knowing how to. I did have one issue where the casheir couldn't process my card. Slide did refund my money but they told me that was not the norm. I wish that they had a simpler process to get your funds put back when that happens. I would have given them 5 stars otherwise.

Update 9/10/23: App is frequently crashing. Cleared cache, cleared data, un/reinstalled. Not a local storage or memory issue. I can't access my account now....lopping off a star until a fix is issued. Loved the steady cashback rates before. It's nice to get the extra bump once in a while after rates changed, but my most-used apps are getting the least bang for my buck now.
