Ratings and reviews

Overall this is a good cashback app. 4% is tough to beat. Sometimes it can be a little cumbersome to use, but that's typically due to how the store you shop at processes digital gift cards and/or the the cashier not knowing how to. I did have one issue where the casheir couldn't process my card. Slide did refund my money but they told me that was not the norm. I wish that they had a simpler process to get your funds put back when that happens. I would have given them 5 stars otherwise.

Update 9/10/23: App is frequently crashing. Cleared cache, cleared data, un/reinstalled. Not a local storage or memory issue. I can't access my account now....lopping off a star until a fix is issued. Loved the steady cashback rates before. It's nice to get the extra bump once in a while after rates changed, but my most-used apps are getting the least bang for my buck now.

Like other reviews the account gets locked. I went through the verification process they unlocked my account and the very next purchase it got locked again. They don't give any explanations they just say it because "internal security." They decided to permanently deactivate my account. Hope you have better luck. The idea of this is awesome if they can fix their security algorithm. I would love to use this app. Last thing, it's very hard to get a hold of help center.
