Ratings and reviews

The new app crashes every time I open it, but only after an extremely long launch animation. I'm not sure why they felt the need to rebrand, but it's especially annoying that the app wasn't actually ready for use. Also it looks stupid now having 2 apps called raise with nearly identical logos right next to each other in my app drawer. If simplicity was the goal, everything should have been brought into one app, not two identical apps that have different functions.

They have locked my account several times right when I try to do a transaction. I've already contacted support before to unlock it (which they will do). But, it is an unreliable service overall because despite previous resolution, their system insists on relocking my account. Also, they got rid of their single, consistent cash back percentage and changed it so the cash back amount varies by the business. When it works, it's a decent service (hence the additional star), but not worth the hassle.

Like other reviews the account gets locked. I went through the verification process they unlocked my account and the very next purchase it got locked again. They don't give any explanations they just say it because "internal security." They decided to permanently deactivate my account. Hope you have better luck. The idea of this is awesome if they can fix their security algorithm. I would love to use this app. Last thing, it's very hard to get a hold of help center.
