Never even got a chance to use this app. I tried to buy an Uber gift card, and my bank got declined like 4 times, and I had plenty of money in my bank account. Contacted customer service, and they terminated my Raise account for security reasons, they said. What a horrible experience all around. if there were an option for zero stars, that's what they would have got. Terrible customer service I have never been treated like a criminal on an app ever.

Scammy feel. Constant nagging. The first thing the app did is demand notification permissions. The second thing that did is demand my credit card. I attempted to look around the app to see if they had what I want, and the search bar demands your credit card. Clicking on the second page of anything demands your credit card. I simply don't trust an app that demands my credit card to look.

Overall this is a good cashback app. 4% is tough to beat. Sometimes it can be a little cumbersome to use, but that's typically due to how the store you shop at processes digital gift cards and/or the the cashier not knowing how to. I did have one issue where the casheir couldn't process my card. Slide did refund my money but they told me that was not the norm. I wish that they had a simpler process to get your funds put back when that happens. I would have given them 5 stars otherwise.
