What is the LIFT for Families app?
LIFT is an online program that helps early childhood services exceed Australian Education Frameworks and Standards, which are often highly prescriptive and complex. LIFT for Families is a tool that families can use to engage with LIFT, contribute to teacher planning, and share vital information about their children.
We strive to facilitate a bridge between aiding services to meet their many complex requirements and allowing families to engage with aspects of their children’s learning & care.
LIFT for Families:
• shows up to date information added to children's accounts
• reveals and allows commenting on daily plans, children's portfolios, newsletters, calendars of events, policies & other documentation
• allows sharing of experiences/learning/photos from home
• links to and provides important information on children's health and welfare providers (e.g speech pathologists, OT & other medical specialists)
