Changed for the worst. It used to be a simple app where it was simple to deposit and withdraw money with a good HYSA rate. Now you have to transfer money in and out to a cash account first. Moving the money in and out of your accounts (Savings account, Cash Account, and External account) with the app is not intuitive. It took trying a few different times over a few days to finally figure out how to move money between accounts. They have different workflows for no reason... 🥲

The latest update made the app worse if that's possible 🤬. NOW: the sign-in code is received BUT it will not allow you to enter it - screen jumps around until it times-out. I have never seen a Financial App this problematic. While they have decent rates (beginning to lose that battle), take caution and be aware if you decide to use this app.

I really like the idea of this app, put you in touch with all these major financial groups and allows you to find the best interest rate around. what I would really appreciate with them though, is if they adopted an immediate transfer, much like how I see cash app work. this would be where when I submit a transfer to them even if I got to pay a dollar, that it moves immediately. however right now if I do it on Thursday at 6:00 I don't get the transfer until Monday or Tuesday.
